Tips for Running a Successful Virtual Event

Keeping a schedule of events and running on track will keep your invitees involved and entertained.

  • After determining the platform, practice using it to make sure there will be no glitches during the event.
    • Send “How To” information about the platform to the participants.
  • Designate a start and end time.
  • Designate an emcee.
  • Send virtual etiquette tips for the event to the participants.
    • Include how everyone will talk to avoid speaking over one another.
  • Ask participants to get creative with backgrounds and appropriate party wear.

Now it’s time to party on.  Come up with a theme, schedule a time and get ready for the fun!
