Tips for Running a Successful Virtual Event
Keeping a schedule of events and running on track will keep your invitees involved and entertained.
- After determining the platform, practice using it to make sure there will be no glitches during the event.
- Send “How To” information about the platform to the participants.
- Designate a start and end time.
- Designate an emcee.
- Send virtual etiquette tips for the event to the participants.
- Include how everyone will talk to avoid speaking over one another.
- Ask participants to get creative with backgrounds and appropriate party wear.
